IPowerE 2026 Power Conference
Power Technologies for a Sustainable Future
2 – 4 November 2026 Hilton Hotel East Midlands Airport Derby
Sponsored by
This conference builds on the established conference events first held 25 years ago, with the most recent conferences seeing a broadened range of subjects to cover technologies including storage, nuclear and renewables alongside conventional gas-fired technology. That theme continues in 2026 and offers a unique opportunity to attend presentations and papers on the latest developments in power generation engineering, technology and application.
The conference theme acknowledges that the energy mix and energy networks will need to adapt to a more sustainable future. Projects developed today will be required to suit the future energy needs, with innovation in power technologies a key factor in successfully adapting to sustainability. Greater deployment of latest technologies delivers greater grid stability, lower carbon intensity and meeting the future energy needs.
This IPowerE conference provides an opportunity to hear and discuss the latest developments in power generation technologies that are intended to meet the need for a sustainable future, covering established conventional technologies and innovative solutions, set in the context of design, operation, development, and project execution with papers from key participants in the energy sector.
Workshop (Monday afternoon)
