President

George Cooper is a mechanical engineer who has been working in the energy industry since 2007 on engineering projects for reciprocating engine, gas turbine, combined cycle, and steam turbine power plants.

On previous projects, he has taken on a variety of roles performing detailed engineering, acting as Owner's Engineer, Lender's Engineer, performing condition assessments, construction monitoring, and working in operational readiness and commissioning teams. This project experience has exposed George to large-scale multi-phased projects with simultaneous operating, commissioning and construction activities. He also has worked in other unique energy fields such as hybrid power system design in integrating reciprocating engine generators with wind and solar power, gasification for waste to energy applications, coal-to-liquids, and biofuels technology.
